EGGER is a family enterprise, independent for over 50 years, and employing today more than 220 persons at the works in Switzerland and a further 100 in the rest of Europe.

We specialize in pumping slurries, aerated liquids and liquids at high temperatures and pressures, as well as in flow measurement and regulation.

EGGER Pumps are for specific technical purposes.  Please refer to the individual pump types for their intended special application.

We do not offer pumps for clean water/liquid.

SERIES T - TURO Vortex impeller


Fully recessed design
Discharge: DN 32 - 200 mm – (1 ¼” – 8”)
Capacity: up to 120 l/s – (1’900 usgpm)
Head: up to 130 m – (430ft)
Max. Operating temperature: Standard up to 180°C, Special up to 280°C – (360 to 540°F)
Max. Working pressures: 10 bar up to 30 bar (145-440psi)


Centrifugal slurry pumps for Heterogeneous solids, long fibrous material and aerated slurries liquids (<10%).
Low shear design 15% liquid contact with impeller.
Unique casing design for improved hydraulic efficiency.
Non-clogging.
Low power consumption. Horizontal, Vertical, Shaft driven, Cantilever & Submersible.



 

SERIES D - Channel vane impeller


Channel vane design
Discharge: DN 150 - 500 mm – (6”-20”)
Capacity: up to 1500 l/s –(23’800 usgpm)
Head: up to 90 m – (300ft)
Max. Operating temperature: Standard up to 120°C, (250°F)
Max. Working pressures: 6 bar up to 12 bar (87-175psi)


Centrifugal slurry pumps for solids, fibrous material. Impeller is centrally located in the casing thereby reducing radial loads on the seals and bearings also contributing to reduced wear in the casing. Large solids handling ability. Low power consumption. Horizontal, Vertical, Shaft driven, Cantilever & Submersible.


 

SERIES EO/EOS - Semi open impeller


Semi open impeller design
Discharge: DN 50 - 500 mm –(2”-20”)
Capacity: up to 1300 l/s – (20600 usgpm)
Head: up to 210 m – (690ft)
Max. Operating temperature: Standard up to 180°C, Special up to 380°C – (360-680°F)
Max. Working pressures:10 bar up to 100 bar (145-1’450psi)


Centrifugal slurry pumps for Homogeneous solids, long fibrous material and slurries with entrained gasses, (<25%) For single, two and three phase slurries. High efficiency, minimal power consumption. Low NPSH requirement.
Horizontal, Vertical, Shaft driven, Cantilever & Submersible.



 

RPP/RPG - Axial flow elbow propeller pump


Discharge: DN 250 - 1300 mm (10”-51”)
Capacity: up to 5000 l/s –(79’200 usgpm)
Head: up to 10m (special design 30m) 33ft – 98ft
Max. Operating temperature: Standard up to 180°C, Special up to 380°C – (360-680°F)
Max. Operating temperature Standard up to 180°C (special design 280°C) 360°F-530°F


Axial flow pumps for homogeneous suspensions, liquids with crystals or long fibers, aerated liquids (<5%) High efficiency, Low friction drag coefficient, special blade profile for long fibers. Horizontal with various drive arrangement options.

Max. Service pressure: 2 – 6 bars (30-90psi)
Max. Service temperature: (120°C 250°F)


Regulation of liquids, powders and gasses.
Centrally symmetrically regulated flow, stable regulating characteristics without Hysteresis, low pressure loss and energy efficient. Patented flow measurement and regulation system available on request.
